There is 1 way i'm aware of:

1 - scale the polygon in local mode Y axis till the end

It might be doable with the TAUT plugin (www.andynicholas.com )

Anyone know if there is a way that I can have selected polygons and
make them flat.  Instead of tweaking which won't get it perfectly flat
on any X\Y\Z axis?
Example: You have a sphere and some of those polygons you want flat on
that sphere.  Hard edges just makes well the edges hard.
