Unless you've already downloaded the required files and placed them in your /usr/portage/distfiles directory. If you grab the ebuild you can find the files you need there so you could just put them on a usbstick or something to shift them over.

Though why not just use your ethernet card while you're setting up your wireless?

Another option would be to remove the hard disk put it in another machine, boot off the liveCD and chroot into your gentoo install - emerge (or emerge -f to just fetch the files) everything from there then shift the hard disk back once you've got it.
