they reply on the support questions but i have the feeling fbx-xsi will be game over.
they even took the manual away of from their website.


if you use the fbx for motion capture
fbx-maya, they have now a rig in maya with floorcontact and works in maya and motionbuilder back and forward
i mainly stick with xsi 4.2 for it
if you want to work in xsi 5.0, than import you scene or action from xsi 4.2
or work with bvh, set up your scripts for it and than you can milk the data of it,

thanks for the quick reply. It doesn't really look like Alias/Autodesk take the fbx pipeline serious, do they? ;)

Hello everybody,

has anybody seen the XSI5 .fbx plugins compiled for 64bit? At a first sight, it looks like this thing will run on 32bit only...
