Which photoshop filter?

Subject : Which photoshop filter?

Do any of the photoshop filters do the following?:
Replace the color value of a selected pixel with the average value from all 9 surrounding pixels?

We're getting high res images that are missing pixels here or there, probably due to math error from the source software. This kind of pixel filtering would fix the problem temporarily.
