You can send general documents about XSI in general to Chinny or myself. You'd include the company name, size, type of market and type of job in that company. This type of document is typically consulted by Product Management (Chinny is a product manager) and team leads. When it's a list of bugs and problems, the support way is better, they have an infrastructure to understand and track these issues and their fingers on the pulse of multiple accounts.
