Subject : copying keys to another frame

To copy keys from one frame to another, I normally middle-drag on the timeline and set a key.

This doesn't seem to work for my ShapeWeights PPG. It winds up removing the keys from the frame I left instead.

I tried putting all the keyable objects into a group and selecting the group when I want to key all, but I wasn't able to get the ShapeWeights propery page in there.

I added custom properties to the ShapeWeights PPG and control many of them through expressions, so only some are able to be keyed.

But I can't easily get a pose from one frame to another without headache. (My current workaround is to use the dopesheet and copy paste. But even this only works for either my shapeWeights or the objects in the scene, not both.)

How is this normally done?

Thanks,
