RE: .max model converter?

I only know Okino PolyTrans - which needs Max to be installed to convert
the files though.

Anyone know how to get .max files into XSI?  We need to get some quick
models from Turbo Squid.
 
Anyone know of a free utility, or one for sale that'll convert them to
.obj, .xsi or anything else that'll get it into XSI?
