Deep Exploration wil lalso do this.  Another option to use is Alias FBX.
It's a free downlad from Alias.com after you register.

Yeah, you need Polytrans and Max to do this.  Just download a trial
version of Max, its fully functional for 30 days I believe.  Friggin
Autodesk keeps a firm grip on there file format for some reason.
