Surely engineering a reverse matrix through the trilithium core would
make as much sense?

for the record, there are programs that allow you to start a program
in windows with a pre-set affinity to N CPUs.
I suggest you wrap a batch file around one of these mini-apps and
link to that from your flipbook icon and commands; surely made me a
happier flipper on my X2.

Hi there,
Are you talking about playing back the rendered images in flipbook?
Here's a huge guess.. But do you have a dualcore cpu? I've found
with my AMD
x2 4400 flipbook doesn't hold a solid framerate. It's almost like
the cpu's
are fighting to do their bit.
If you go into Task Manager and right click on flip.exe then on Set
Affinity
and use only 1 cpu it plays it back fine.
Probably not this but I thought I'd throw it out there just in case...

Simon.

Hi Alastair,
Jumping around the timeline, things looks ok - everything updating as
expected.
Will give plotting a go.
Cheers
