This will work if you have a real Self-Installed Custom Property inside your plug-in,
with a _DefineLayout callback that XSI can call when it restarts.

Hey folks, here's another one.
The layout of the property page that this plugin creates isn't saved
when you restart XSI and reload the scene it was created in. The
properties are still there, but displayed in a simple list instead of
the layout specified in the self-installed plugin script. Was it
something I missed, or is this normal?
