those should be addressed first, before we get a new particle system
where we have to deal with those interfaces again :)
the external editor thing works like a charm when you work on complex
projects, run-once stuff or some protos, but everything falls apart as
soon as you have to deal with ports, lack of representation of
connections, an editor that makes me want to kill fluffy bunnies and
send them to Brad and the correlated elements.
you wouldn't want a renewed particle system where you still have to add
events inside a blindingly white text field in a PPG do you?
