Ok, but if you're going to distribute own tools, it is entirely
possible, we do it all the time over here. Besides naming the plugins
with the .32.dll and .64.dll, it's worth to know that shader .dlls that
depend on an SPDL and are supposed to be placed in the Application\bin
folder will work cross-platform with this directory structure:
Workgroup\Application\bin\nt-x86\shader.dll
Workgroup\Application\bin\nt-x86-64\shader.dll
