audio troubleshooting

Hello all,

 I have a scene that has a scratch track of audio.  On one computer, 
the audio scrubs fine.  On computer 2 (this is the computer that the 
audio was added to the scene mixer with), I can't hear anything.  Other 
audio programs like winamp and soundforge are working fine on computer 
2.

 Where do I start looking in the XSI settings/interface to troubleshoot 
this problem?
