texture problems with OpenGL shader

Subject : texture problems with OpenGL shader
I'm getting some weird artifacts in my texture UV only when viewing the object with an OpenGL shader. Switching to "textured" or "texture decal" eliminates the problem but obviously I don't get the look I want with my OpenGL shader. I'm using a camera projection on a grid.
