Maintenance only?

Does this upgrade require a maintenance contract (Essentials)? I keep bouncing back to the page that asks for my customer ID. The only number I have on my About page is a 12 digit SID and that doesn't seem to work.

notifying me about the freshly available download.

Had to go to work this morning, anxious to get
home and start downloading. Enter the page.

Kaboom. Not elligible for download, ID rejected:-)
