OnValueChange is not supported for custom events.
The siEventID enum also specifies notification events (like OnValueChange) for the custom display host.

I dont see it either in the wizard generated list, however the siOnValueChange is present in the siEventID enum list, so I guess it is supported.
I've never tried it though.
