Fusion start rendering fine and suddenly the frames are black and render time really fast :-p. This is annoying because we need to re-start at the first black frame until next black rendered frame...
With Fusion 4 the problem already exist but not very often. Are you using the 3.2.2 plugin with Fusion 5 ?

The Digital Fusion version is far behind ( lot of crash, bugs...). I imagine the Fusion version emulate how it works in After fx and the XSI one is a "real" fxTree tool.
