Best guess into the blue is that you've hardcoded somewhere the c:\program files\ path, which would be c:\programme for a German-styled Windows, not to talk about this c:\Program Files (x86)\ folder found in XP 64bit...
Since Chris is using an English Windows, I'd be not suprised if it worked out well for him. On the other hand, perhaps Chris is using a Welsh version? ;)
