yeah, it's not period delimitted on the frame number. I'll work something out for this tonight.

For me it starts Flipbook but when caching it doesn’t find the pictures.

The path has a wrong sided “\” like so:

 

U:\RessourcesBank\VFX\sprites\Sequences\anim_smoke1/smoke_seq_01.pic

 

I’m using 5.01

 

Any idea?

If you're using, say 5.1 it's just the path to the xsi root. c:/softimage/XSI_5.1. Case may be important for the XSI bit. That's the pattern I scan for.

Not working here either Kim, great idea though. I look forward to being able to use it. In the conf file, does it need a path to just the root or to the bin folder?
