In Max there is a projection method called 'face map' which just plonks your image map onto each and every quadface of a mesh.
Didn't know how much I used it till I started using xsi and can't work out a simple similar method.

The closest I've come is using the match tool in the texture editor, but it seems to only work on the vertex level. Which is too tedious for a complexish mesh.
What I'd like to be able to do is select a big bunch of polys and just have them sit on top of each other in the texture editor like a pack of cards.

I'm sure there's a nice easy way to do this?

Cheers.
