Particles MB... again.

Subject : Particles MB... again.

Can anyone tell me why is it so f'ng impossible to get motion blur on particles?
I've looked at this everywhere, archives, xsibase, google. I've tried
everything there's to try... legacy shaders, particle player... to no
avail.
The only time i've gotten motion blur to work on particles is when the
particles have instances and only if i use the particle player.
