output to a NTSC monitor

Subject : output to a NTSC monitor
A quick question. I know that you can get output through the FXTree using the Mojo. We recently installed a Blackmagic Decklink card on our system so we can see After FX previews on the NTSC monitor and I was wondering if XSI would also do this or is that only possible with the Mojo?

Just curious if anyone had any experience with this.
