Not really, we see 64bit XSI threads staying active at 100% CPU load
*after exiting* the program. Holger's bug looks different to me.

I'm running XSI32bit on 64bit machines and it freezes alot.
It drops frames, renders black frames.
But I'd image if your 32bit batch on 64bit windows you will run into
troubles.
