Depending on what's "below" (I know it doesn't appear that way to us) a texture projection it can't always be frozen without freezing the mesh.

Generators in particular seem to need to be frozen, but subsequent ops are generally ok. I can't remember exactly which ones, but it'll drive you insane trying to figure it out.

Cheers,

Alan.

When I do that, it freezes the geometry op that I need. I'm controlling the Cylinder Op to change the shape of my mesh.

Select the texture projection in the explorer and click freeze

I need to be able to freeze my projection on an object without freezing the geometry ops too. I have a little rig that allows me to adjust the size and shape of a cylinder object. When I monkey with the settings if throws the texture way off. If I can freeze the projection, the texture will stay put right?
