Re: 1 licence for two different versions

You cannot merge license files this way; if you buy an upgrade from 4.x 
to 5.x, the new key replaces the old one, enabling you to run one seat 
of XSI v5.x or any prvious program version. Otherwise Softimage would 
give away full-featured seats for free...
