Several times a day (v 5.01 32 bit on XPPro with 3D Labs Wildcat 4).  
(Modeling, animating, rendering)

Seems to have been exacerbated since Windows recently updated itself - 
could be just a coincidence though)  It's now taken to suddenly exiting 
without any warning.
