Sheesh, this is like Groundhog Day 2. Chris, I think I suggested to you like
a week ago or so that you should find your computer's name by using the
ipconfig /all from the command prompt and put that into the
SPM_HOST=putyourfrickincomputersnamehere. Did the mail just not make sense
or did you just not give it a go or what? I definitly feel this is more of a
support(at)softimage.com type mail rather than cluttering the XSIlist day after
day after day with the same thing, especially when what most likely seems to
be the problem had a mail addressing it many moons ago. Good luck man.

XSI 5.0 loads finally ? If you have targeted the problem?
