Yep; I think it is definitely my Model and not the scene.

Something inside is causing the bug.
If I make it LOCAL it works fine, saves all my passes

 

I emailed the model to a friend who said it happened there too.

 

It did not crash and I did not load the recovery

(I never load the recovery unless I have lost a lot of work – I don’t trust it).

Make a new scene

Import your reference model

Make a few passes

Save

Reload

 

If your passes are gone then it’s probably your referenced model causing this – strange though….

 

If not then I guess your scene has a corruption of some sort… Did you crash earlier and loaded the recovery ? Sometimes the recovery scene file might appear ok at first, and then you discover some problems (like this one) further down the road.
