The biggest one for me is when lots of objects are whizzing past the
camera at high speed - it has trouble dealing with objects that have just
gone (or are going) out of shot. Then again if the pixels simply aren't
there to process whatchya gonna do? :)
In a lot of cases, when I encounter this I increase the size of my render
a little bit and use a slightly wider lens. That way I get the edges.
