No I haven't used it. I was running XSI on a project along with some other people on the same project using C4D.

I didn't have much luck in this department at a shop I was recently working at. I found that Cinema 4d has pretty lame export options. Obj files were always merged into one mesh with no UV data. 3ds files were a total disaster. Maybe use Maya or Max as a middle man?
