I noticed this bug on 64 bit machines only.
Till now I implemented a workaround into the render farm to sourround this problem on x64 machines.
I have reported 3 bugs with XSIBatch rendering on XSI 5.1 (not XSI 5.0!) on 64 bit machines
and all are fixed with the latest 5.11 release.

I never noticed this bug on 32 bit systems, which OS do you use?
