RE: Bump for Front-Back Shader

I was plugging it (output of Front/Back:Color2Vector with or without the
bump generator) into the Material (orange container). That didn't seem
to do anything. 

When I plug to the Phong Material, it gives me something but not bump. 

I can either get it by turning on Bump in the image node, or with Joe's
suggestion, by having 2 Phong nodes plugged into front/back, each having
their respective Bump Map Generator - which gives good flexibility. 

When you say you don't really trust those, are talking about the
Material (Orange Container) or the Material (Phong, Blinn, etc...) ?
