FBX Not Quite Right

Subject : FBX Not Quite Right
I have a rather elaborate camera move ( cam+interest ), flying through a scene. It has Translate, and Rotation ( due to interest ) and some roll on the constraint.

I have since exported it out as an FBX, and re-imported it back into XSI and it doesn't line up.

So I've done a host of things to debug..
Plotted the animation - same result.
Constrained a new object to the camera and plotted that - hooked new cam back up -- still off

The problem seems that the "tangents" of the fcurves aren't being plotted correctly, although, they appear correct be BEFORE I export.
So I suspect something in the FBX exporter, is screwing me.

Anyone have any experience with this? I'm just trying to get my camera into Maya.. and the fact it's a chore is extremely annoying.
Especially, since I can't get XSI to give me good FBX data.

I'm investigating Collada now.. Just wanted to see if anyone had any heads up.

thanks,

jeff.
