Subject : Drawing frame per frame in a Flipbook

Hi,

Our lead animator would like a flipbook where he can draw on top of every frame…

I know Maya has FCheck which does a basic job but I am wondering if there are other programs like that?

I thought FrameCycler would do it but it doesn’t seem like it from their website.
