I've only seen this when using track weights and easing in from a-total-of-zero weights into any clip. This would make the driven object(s) immediately jump to the full exposure of the clips' parameter values, since the track weights only work for mixing between clips. However, I guess this does not apply to your scenario?!

Is anyone having problems blending between static and fcurve actions in the mixer? I’m consistently getting jumps between these even though the parameters stored are identical in each action, other than just being static and fcurve.
