i just can highly recommend to use the two line option in the boot.ini
file.
keep the old configuration and add a new line with the switch.
otherwise you might render you system unusable, because some hardware
(as mine) is incompatible and chrashes upon booting a 3gb switched on
windows. no safe mode, no command line. you would have to put the
harddisk into another computer and change the boot.ini in that
unfortunate case.
