You can add an prefs file to a particular folder in your factory
install path (which slips my mind atm sorry - will check at work
tomorrow if I remember). This prefs file is then used as the default
whenever there isn't one - so you can setup whatever preferences you
like and they'll be the default for users without preferences etc.
