That edit menu
scans the custom command maps looking for any in the fcurve command
category. This scanning causes DLLs in the plugins sub-dir to be loaded
which is where that message is coming from. So depending on what plugins
each machine has you'll get different results. Note: that "pause" should
only happen the very first time you open that edit menu as that is when the
first scan is done.

was just logged for me. and other times. it logs errors about plugins, depending on the environment i am in (personal license versus my employer's license)
whats up with that?
