material and pass trouble

Subject : material and pass trouble

hi everyone,

I got trouble when I use passes. My passes got overrides for surface, shadow and photon. When I switch to pass to pass, some shaders are modified and my materials and photons link are removed from some materials. I noticed that arrives at my shared shaders.

Did I do anything wrong ?
