Mixing 32bit & 64bit.

Subject : Mixing 32bit & 64bit.

I am in the processof setting up some additional computers on our predomenantly 32bit Intel P4 farm, but I am also adding a AMD 64 bit system, and wanted to know if anyone as experienced any real world issue, color matching problem installing XSI 64bit running on an AMD chip as opposed to the 32 bit version running on Intel Dual core.
