track in a 3d car, render a reflection pass from an environment built from either a light probe or reference photos, comp it in there..
Getting rid of the green reflection is usually just a matter of pulling a key (if necessary) and suppressing the green.

Anyone have any ideas what software is used, techniques.. where we can find out more?
