cache them before rendering
the 'fake' motion blur was removed a couple of versions back

It used to be possible to fake motion blur on particles. I'm sure there
was a slider somewhere?
Is this not possible or am I just not seeing it?
Alternatively, is it possible to get regular motion blur to work on
particles? I can't get that working either!
