What's up Chris,

Yes there used to be a "fake motion blur" but it has been taken off XSI
around version 3 if I remember well.

The way to do it with the real motion blur and actual particles is to
cache your particles first, activate motion blur in your render options
and play with the shutter. If you're using very tiny particles going
fast, the motion blur has a hard time showing up so use bigger particles
in that case.

Hope this helps a little,
MAC

Hi All,
It used to be possible to fake motion blur on particles. I'm sure there
was a slider somewhere?
Is this not possible or am I just not seeing it?
Alternatively, is it possible to get regular motion blur to work on
particles? I can't get that working either!
Sorry about this!
Thanks
Chris
