Might not help you but it might help a bunch of other users that have
been needing this for a while.
XSI I a big piece of software with a large userbase and there are only
so many features that can put into a release without compromising
quality. Decisions have to be made.
As a character animator you've had your turn and you'll get yours again
soon. You also haven't read the full release notes yet.
