A brand new shell and they had to go ahead and wrap it in the braindamage that is the cmd.exe shell interface.

Looks like they finally released Monad. I dunno, is there anything there
that can't be done in any of the Unix and OS scripting languages that made
their way over to Windows because Microsoft didn't have a clue?
