Subject: Particles don't want to render...
We've got some problems with particles clouds that don't want to render (in XSI 5.11).
The scene is very simple. Several models are imported (ref models) with one cloud and one emitter by models.
Then the scene spend some time in the pipeline :-). Once at the Fx department, the clouds just don't want to render...
Usually if you import five models with one cloud and one emmiter by model you've got five different Ptypes in the particle type explorer.
It is not like this with our broken scenes. There is only one Ptype in the explorer BUT if you select each cloud and open a render tree you will see
a different Ptype for each clouds...
Normally when you clic on the Emission property in the emitter you can see the Particle type name in a drop down menu, BUT not here...
Any idea why this behavior happen sometime (before I send a sample scene to support) ?
Cheers
