OT Fibre channel servers in a Post facility for XSI,FCP,Avid (Mac/PC)     Not really an XSI question but if anyone has any input I would greatly appreciate it. We are looking at a fibre channel server that all workstations (6-8) can access. We have XSI on PC of course and FCP on Mac plus, Premiere on PC and finally AfterEffects on PC & Mac. We want a solution that will serve everyone that will handle mainly SD but also scalable to HD down the not to distant road.

Can XSI be part of this type of scenario and if so does anyone on the list work in this type of environment. I realy like the Alienbrain solution for management of projects as well but would like to see something that serves more of the post production arena from NLE to Sound, graphics XSI as well as After Fx.

Please reply of list so I don?t take up to much space with the ot.

 Thanks
