"mib_fg_occlusion" should work if an object got transparency.
Just don't forget to override the fg map for each frame with moving objects.

is there a way to get AO taking transparency into account? i use a transparency map to cut out some objects, but AO doesnt see it and think its opaque. therefore i get a whole occlusin (black) where actually nothing is seen in the rendering.
