Big time.

Check out the render channels features in XSI 6.  For most cases, there
will no longer be any need to even switch passes.

First of all, sorry for not finding the thread in August this year on 
the very same topic (maybe I'm working too hard...). Second, are 
there any new ideas on how to speed up changing passes and will there 
be a change in XSI 6?
