Is there some reason the render region no longer renders when you do a Start Capture? Now all I get is the frame. The contents of the render region are not rendered.

This is a feature used every day, by most XSI users (am I wrong)? Is there
somoe way to regain the old behavior?

This is a MAJOR step backwards, and will cause a big drop in productivity.

There is a thread on XSIBASE

Its not working (yet) in 6...

Call me crazy, but how would this make it past the beta testers? Is this not an insanely important feature used every day? I know I use it every day for previews. It is especially useful for hair or particle instances, where you cannot see the geometry until you do a render.

Please, please, add this back ASAP.
